I feel we all have had a bit of a struggle focusing after the last year and a half in covid.
The feeling like groundhog day, every day is the same, no escaping from the harsh, scary reality, we were all enduring..world wide
I sometimes feel I write a list, and checklist, and list to check the other list, and I still get totally distracted, and get overwhelmed, and then I feel like I failed.
Then the negative self chatter comes flooding in...
I find that if I am active and have a regular routine of morning exercises, I can be in my body and feel all the benefits of blood flow, deeper breathing, stimulating my mind, and raising my energy levels ready to start my day focused and clear.
