Let's talk about what's not working and get to the source of the issues, bring your experiences of feeling stuck, issues with anxiety, feelings of anger, disappointment, overwhelm, a traumatic event that was a deeply distressing & disturbing experience that hurt you, there might be shame and sadness to explore and heal? I will help bring awareness to the trigger of your pain, of the core wound, so that you will be able to recognize that pain trigger more easily, you will be able to better manage your self and the desire to hide the shame, or react with anger. We will work on that pain and where you hold that pain in your body, we will work on what's holding you back from getting on with your life, “bit by bit” to heal inner core wounds, and clear that feeling of being stuck. I help you get into your body with simple exercise. Getting you out of your head and connected in your body, feeling your feelings and where you feel them in your body. Using our Relationship Lab, where we build a foundation of trust for deep healing to occur. We will practice in each session, exercises to bring your full awareness of your true authentic self, heal core wounds, transform your connection to yourself, creating healthy boundaries, so you can feel safe, seen, and heard. Let's get you back to feeling good in all the beautiful parts of you!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Late Appointments In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment in order to reschedule. You understand that sessions that begin late due to delays on your part cannot be extended or rescheduled. Sessions will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled session. As a courtesy, I will provide 24 hours’ notice to clients if I need to cancel a session. If I need to cancel, I will offer to reschedule with you.
