The Relationship Reboot is a 6-to-8-week intensive designed to bridge that gap. By integrating Non-Violent Communication (NVC), Somatic Counseling, and IFS (Internal Family Systems), this program moves beyond surface-level talk. We focus on the "soul-aligned strategy" of repair—learning to honor each person’s dignity while rebuilding a shared life.

This journey is structured into six primary stages of growth. However, we allow the process to breathe. True skill-building often requires more than a rigid timeline.


  1. Clearing the Space: We begin by identifying and releasing stored resentments. Using NVC principles, you will learn to express feelings and needs as objective facts. This approach removes the "bullshit" of blame that often clouds the truth.


  2. The Art of Intentional Dialogue: Repair requires the ability to listen and receive without defensiveness. We practice "facts-only" conversations to navigate high-stakes conflict while keeping the nervous system regulated.


  3. Rebuilding the Foundation of Trust: Connection dies where vulnerability is absent. This session guides you in identifying barriers to closeness. You will have a safe space to share your truth and ask for what you need.


  4. Embodied Intimacy: We explore physical connection through the lens of somatic awareness. You will learn to navigate touch, affection, and permission. This ensures both partners feel safe and seen in their physical expressions of love.


  5. Nurturing Long-Term Resilience: Love is a practice, not a destination. We develop specific strategies to stay connected during external life stressors. This ensures the bond remains a priority.


  6. Integration & Moving Forward: Our final session solidifies your new toolkit. We create a personalized roadmap for continued growth. You will leave with the confidence to handle whatever the future holds.
