Free 30-Minute Video Discovery Call, In this free 30-minute call, I’ll create a personalized plan and roadmap to help you move through the root causes of your stress, anxiety, or emotional blocks — so you can finally release them and move forward with clarity and lasting change. As a healing coach, I guide you through gentle emotional release, and healing work that helps you reconnect with your internal world, and all the different parts of you. Most deep shifts happen over 3 sessions over 3 months to 6 months. Once you clearly understand where and when you acquired those limiting beliefs — and the trapped trauma in your body — it becomes so much easier to finally let them go. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Late Appointments In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment in order to reschedule. You understand that sessions that begin late due to delays on your part cannot be extended or rescheduled. Sessions will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled session. As a courtesy, I will provide 24 hours’ notice to clients if I need to cancel a session. If I need to cancel, I will offer to reschedule with you.
