I’ve seen a few counselors over the last 10 years. Most of the conversations were about the issues I am facing today. None of them addressed healing the core traumas that I experienced in childhood. Ashley has helped me dig deep and face those traumas and helped me to release some of the anxiety, sadness, and shame that I was carrying with me all of these years. She is really easy to talk to, intuitive and nonjudgmental, and she knows how to get to the root of things.

​I met Ashley at a concert at Stern Grove in San Francisco - something drew me to her and boy am I glad!!
Ashley saw me that day in a way that nobody else could see - spending time with her that day was both joyous and marked the beginning of a major turning point in my life.
We began doing zoom calls every couple of weeks - she recognized that I needed healing in areas I was afraid to look.
