This 30-minute consultation is the exclusive entry point to my practice. Together, we will map a personalized roadmap to address the root causes of your stress, anxiety, or emotional blocks. The Investment To ensure we are aligned before we begin, please note the professional fees for the 4-week container: Total Investment: $800 Payment Plan: 4 weekly installments of $200 are available for your convenience. The Methodology: Somatic & Subconscious Alignment Through Somatic Release and Parts Work, I guide you to reconnect with your internal world and get you back into your body. By using Hypnotherapy to access the subconscious mind, we identify exactly where and when you acquired limiting beliefs and trapped trauma. Once these roots are seen, it becomes so much easier to finally let them go. Our Work Together Includes: The 4-Week Nervous System Reset: A foundational container consisting of an Intake session, a 2–3 hour Hypnotherapy Immersion, and two Integration check-ins. Long-Term Integration: Most deep, sustainable shifts happen over 1 to 3 full sessions over 3 to 6 months.
