One month includes two deep sessions over the course of a month, which are ideal for clients who want to focus on a specific challenge or goal and achieve quick, impactful wins. Based on our discussions and your goals, I'll design personalized hypnotherapy sessions tailored to your needs. I'll provide you with tools, techniques, and strategies to maintain your emotional well-being and continue support on your healing journey. Here’s What You’ll Get: Week 1: Intake Session 90-minute personalized intake session to dive deep into your challenges, Issues, and the limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. We build a roadmap for your healing. Week 2: RTT® Session Bi-weekly another In-take and RTT session You’ll receive a full RTT® session to uncover and release those limiting beliefs, helping you regain clarity, purpose, and confidence. Thes session is where the real transformation begins. Integration & Support: Weekly You’ll receive 2 transformational audio recordings designed to reinforce the new beliefs we unlock in your RTT® session. 2 follow-up 30 min coaching sessions to capitalize on the lessons learned. Final Follow-up: Assess your progress, reinforce your newfound clarity, and strategize your next steps toward thriving in both your personal life, relationships & career.
