I find that when I am physically active, and more so when I am out doors, I feel good about my self.

One reason I feel good when I am physically active is that blood flows through the body and to the brain, blood flow gets all your positive energy moving, your creative mind is in play, and you can be inspired with creative Ideas are more likely, and more clearly figure things out without all the stress hormones arising..
I like to exercise first thing in the mornings, that really makes me feel more connected in my body, I feel I can proses my thoughts more clearly, and I am more focused to start my day.
